The producer of Ghanaian music Sammy Soso has come to light as the brains behind South African singer Tyla’s Grammy-winning smash song “Water.”
The song won the Best African Music Performance at the 66th Grammy Awards, a noteworthy accomplishment for both Tyla and the Ghanaian producer. It dazzled music fans on a variety of platforms.
Sammy SoSo was the extra hand for the song’s writing, recording sessions, and inspiration, according to British Ghanaian producer Juls.
On February 4, 2024, Juls tweeted that Sammy Soso would play a crucial part.

Sammy SoSo is a producer, songwriter, engineer, and DJ who has been nominated for a Grammy. He started DJing as a teenager in a multi-media project and has performed in legendary clubs such as ‘Rep Your Country’ and ‘Don’t @ Me’ by Julie Adenuga.
