Samuel Adu Frimpong popularly referred to as Medikal has slammed the UTV Entertainment Showbiz production team for what he describes as unprofessional interview skills.
On Saturday, 4th May, 2024, host of the UTV Entertainment Showbiz show, MzGee was scheduled to interview Medikal about the success of his sold out show at the Indigo O2, but it turned out the focus was rather on the separation between Medikal and his partner, Fella Makafui.
Medikal reacting to that interview took to his social media handle and slammed the team for what he considered as unnecessary and unprofessional interview questions.

During the course of the show , one of the questions that popped up concerned what he intended to do to support the premiere of her new movie titled “Resonance”.
The “Omo Ada” hitmaker expressed his disappointment with the entire UTV Entertainment Showbiz for deciding to be sensational with his private life instead of focusing the success he had chalked on a night before.
“To the entire team on UTV Entertainment Showbiz show, you have no real love and good plans for the Ghana music industry and Ghanaian artistes” he said on Instagram.
He didn’t spare one of the most vocal pundits, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, who had been once ridiculed by Shatta Wale for wearing cheap shoes.

“Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, I’ve bought your shoes, when I am coming I will give it you” Medikal quipped.
Ghanaian media personality and host of UTV’s United Showbiz, MzGee has reacted to all the backlash online in the wake of her interview with Medikal after the latter’s successful concert at the Indigo at the O2 in the United Kingdom.
She noted that if his supposed ex-wife, Fella Makafui, could be asked about Medikal’s concert in the UK in interviews throughout the previous week, why shouldn’t Medikal also be asked about her upcoming premiere?
She posted on her social media handle ““Eeeiii last week nu, Fella must talk about O2, this week de33, Medikal should not be asked about Resonance!,” she wrote.
