In light of his marriage issues with Fella, Ghanaian rapper Medikal has counseled young people not to rely their life partner selection only on feelings of love.
The rapper and his estranged wife, Fella Makafui, are having marital issues right now, and both have made it clear that they want to call it quits.
In a recent social media post detailing his anger and disillusionment with Fella Makafui, Medikal made a number of charges and allegations against the musician.
The “Too Risky” singer Bola Ray stressed that marriage is a different game and that love shouldn’t be the deciding reason for two individuals to tie the married in an interview with her on Star Chat on Thursday, May 24.

“Before you get married I don’t think love is enough. Love is not enough for two people to get into marriage. Marriage is a whole different ball game. If you love somebody it doesn’t mean you should get married to them.
He explained further that “lovers need counselling, and family to talk to …don’t just love someone, you might end up making a big mistake, that’s the advice I will give people”.
The once-lovely pair has agreed to co-parent their kid while going through the divorce process.
