Actor Emeka Ike of Nigeria claimed that he had been depressed for a very long time due to marital problems.
This revelation was made by 56-year-old Emeke Ike on Channels Television’s Rubbin’ Minds on Sunday.
Emeka Ike claimed he had to take a sabbatical from acting in order to protect himself from embarrassment because of the things he did not accomplish throughout his marital issue.
“I was hiding because I felt ashamed of what I hadn’t done, and Emeka Ike was depressed due to a marriage issue. That is occasionally the high cost of being large. I had to hide till I figured out what was wrong with me since I was depressed and receiving unjustified criticism,” he stated.

In the aforementioned interview, Emeka Ike also discussed some of the difficulties facing the Nigerian film business, which may have led to his absence from the film industry.
