Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, the chosen running mate to NDC’s Presidential hopeful, John Dramani Mahama has expressed readiness to collaboratively construct a ‘bright future for Ghana.’
In a statement in which she graciously accepted her nomination as NDC’s Vice Presidential hopeful, she extended her gratitude to the Elders, Executives and rank and file of the NDC for the responsibility reposed in her.

“By this choice, our Flagbearer has demonstrated remarkable consistency, an unwavering commitment to inclusivity and innovation, and an inspirational belief in the Ghanaian woman. I wish to convey my heartfelt appreciation to the NDC Council of Elders, the National Executive Committee, the rank and file of our party, friends, well-wishers and indeed all Ghanaians for the overwhelming support and endorsement.”
The endorsement of Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang marks the second time the New Democratic Congress (NDC) has entrusted her with a significant role.
Expressing confidence in her partnership with Mr. John Dramani Mahama, Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang indicated her readiness to serve with integrity, dignity, hard work and patriotism which she believes will reposition Ghana as the beacon of hope and opportunity.
