Nana Ama McBrown, a well-known actress from Ghana, has never denied that she has had surgery to improve her physical appearance.
And while many in her position, with her now-snatched stomach and curvy form, would not think twice to show off for fans, the Onua TV anchor has revealed that she has been constrained in many ways—despite her eagerness to do so given her celebrity status.
She also listed her unwillingness to show off her physique in a bikini for fear of negative public opinion as one of the limitations.
The actress shared the “burden” in an Instagram video, pointing out that many famous people share her struggles of not pursuing their passions.

“As a famous person, everything you do is scrutinised, so you can’t even be yourself. You have to deny yourself a lot of pleasure because of the mean comments from Ghanaians”, Mcbrown shared.
The actress emphasized the constraints placed upon her, limiting her options for where to go and what to wear in order to appease the general audience.
She emphasized the pressure celebrities have to fit into predetermined roles, which forces them to forgo enjoyment of life in order to appease critics.
