Entertainer, influencer, and entrepreneur Fella Makafui has revealed how she manages some of her companies out of the public eye and how it appears to be beneficial for her companies’ development.
Speaking with host Berla Mundi on “The Day Show,” the actress and businesswoman revealed that when she initially presented her venture to close friends and family, she felt betrayed by those from whom she had anticipated assistance to grow her company.
The YOLO singer, who entered the beauty business with her line “Beauty by Fella Makafui,” expressed her displeasure at the lack of encouragement she received from close friends and coworkers.
She described how she was initially hopeful that people close to her would support her greatly, but she was met with harsh reality. She claims this experience is what made her decide to now keep her other endeavors out of the public view.

The actress and influencer stated that thus far, her new approach has shown to be beneficial and forward-thinking.
The actress said, “Yes, it has worked for me crazy, I’m not even capping,” in response to the host Berla Mundi’s question about if she was benefiting from her new tactic.
Currently, Fella Makafui is on a media tour to promote her upcoming film, “Resonance,” which has its premiere on May 11 at the Silverbird theaters in Accra and West Hills malls.
