The Electoral Commission of Ghana has rescheduled the district level elections in some electoral areas in the Ashanti and Eastern Regions.
A statement issued by the EC announcing the rescheduling revealed the reason being technical challenges experienced in those electoral areas.
Voting in such areas has therefore been rescheduled to Thursday 21st December 2023.
The Electoral Commission assured the residents of these affected areas that the district level elections would be held on the said date.
