Business Manager for Darling 90.9 FM, a private media firm in Cape Coast, Mr Jimmy Kutin, has been named the best lecturer for the 2019/2020 academic year at GIMPA TAKORADI CAMPUS.
This took place at a colourful event dubbed “GIMPA Excellence Dinner” organised over the weekend by the School in collaboration with the Students Representative Council at the plush Raybow Hotel in Takoradi.
The well attended event was graced by the Western Regional Minister, Kobby Okyere Darko, the Deputy Rector of GIMPA, Prof Martin Morgan Tuuli, Regional Director of National Service Scheme, Okatakyei Amankwaa Afrifa, GIMPA Takoradi Campus Manager, Mr Holy Kportorbi and representatives from the Western Naval Command and GNPC.

The prestigious award was instituted two years ago, to celebrate exceptional teaching and community service by lecturers during the academic year under review.
Accepting the award, Mr. Kutin expressed his gratitude to the management, faculty and students for the honour done him. He pledged to work even harder to ensure the success of the Campus and GIMPA as a whole.
