Songstress Efya has revealed that consistency is the key to staying on top in the showbiz industry. Among a plethora of things she does as an artist, Jane Awindor as known in private circles has reiterated that as an artist or a showbiz person, only one thing can keep you in shape and on top form.
Speaking with Dessy Fayden, host of the Metro Mix Show on ATL FM, she mentioned that she has been consistent in every aspect of her life. Furthermore, she added that regardless of the seeming changes that may have occurred in her life, she still remains consistent in everything she does simply because consistency is the key to remaining on top in the showbiz industry.
“Consistency occurs in being who you want to be. This has kept me in the game thus far. You have to be consistent in who you want to be. People change no matter. Even if you are going to change in the industry you must be consistent. I have changed in the industry; of course, I’m not doing what I used to do when I started. I have changed, but I’m consistent in my style of music, stage, the sound I’m going to produce, communication with other artistes performances, in my rehearsals and how I communicate with people that I work with” she stated.
Furthermore, she added that she uses social media to the max when communicating with her fans. She says that apart from promos and radio tours, she uses a lot of live videos on social media to interact with her songs.

Efya’s consistency reflects in her social media interaction with her fans as she claims it is the key to remain tops in the showbiz industry.
“Social media has been very great. We’ve been doing a lot of live videos. We’ve been going on air with the promos. I also try to interact with the fans on facebook and all other social media platforms” she mentioned.
Meanwhile, Efya has hinted that she is set to release a new album amidst the plethora of singles that she and her team are preparing to release.
Efya released her debut mixtape TINT on November 12, 2013. An acronym for This Is Not The Album, the mixtape comprises 13 tracks and was released as a precursor to Janesis. “Get Away” and “Best in Me” were two singles that were produced before the album was produced.
