Chief Justice Kwasi Anin-Yeboah has ordered the suspension of Court of Appeal sessions in Ho, Tamale, Cape Coast, and Koforidua, the regional capitals of the Volta, Northern, Central, and Eastern regions, respectively.
All appeals from the country’s Northern Sector, which includes the Upper East, Upper West, North East, Northern, Savannah, Bono East, Ahafo, Western North, and Ashanti regions, will be heard in Kumasi.
All appeals filed in the Southern sector, which includes the Western, Central, Eastern, Oti, Volta, and Greater Accra Regions, will be handled in Accra.

“In view of this, all pending appeals in the Court of Appeal listed above are accordingly transferred to Kumasi and Accra respectively.
“Please take the necessary actions to effect this directive, a letter written by the Chief Justice said.
