A reveller said, “you know, there’s something magical about celebrating Christmas right here on the beach. In today’s world, where everything moves so fast, it’s events like these that remind us of our roots and the importance of community. It’s about coming together, sharing joy, and celebrating our shared humanity. That’s the essence of Christmas, isn’t it?”.
Another celebrant said, “Christmas for me, is a time of reflection and joy. It’s a reminder of the beauty of our culture and the strength of our community. Being here, celebrating under the stars, it connects me to my roots and fills me with hope for the future. It’s a truly special experience.
At the heart of the city, revellers were moving from one place to the other to have fun.
