The defending Ghana Premier League champions, Medeama SC, will depart Ghana on Thursday for the CAF Champions League second leg against AC Horoya in Guinea.
As they look to advance in the competition, Medeama will be trying to cling onto their 3-1 lead as they head to Conakry.

The club from Tarkwa will advance to the group stage of the competition for the first time since Berekum Chelsea nearly ten years ago.
