Ghanaian light-heavyweight boxer Seth Gyimah, widely known as Freezy Macbones, achieved a significant victory against Ibrahim Labaran in the Power of the Fight bout on Saturday, June 29, 2024, held at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
The event saw notable attendance, including former Ghanaian striker Asamoah Gyan and other celebrities. Freezy Macbones secured his win via technical knockout in the fourth round after Labaran sustained a severe shoulder injury, which rendered him unable to continue the match.

At 33 years old, Freezy Macbones has displayed impressive prowess in the ring, maintaining an undefeated professional record. His journey in boxing includes a notable amateur career, with only one loss to Senegalese boxer Seydou Konate in August 2023 during the 2024 Paris Olympics qualifications in Dakar, Senegal.
Ibrahim Labaran, a seasoned fighter with 15 victories, 13 of which were knockouts, faced his ninth defeat in 24 contests. Despite his experience, Labaran was unable to withstand the determined and skillful performance of Freezy Macbones, who continues to rise as a prominent figure in the light-heavyweight boxing scene.
