Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, was a popular crossdresser who served time in prison for mutilating naira notes.
He entered a guilty plea before Justice A.O. Awogboro of the Federal High Court, Lagos, after being found guilty on four charges of naira misuse by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on April 5.
After being freed on Monday, August 5, Bobrisky was shown in a video partying with friends while dancing to Egwu by Mohbad and Chike.

Upon his release, his companions applauded him, exclaiming, “We’re out of prison.” Bobrisky, congratulations.”
Bobrisky gave advice to Nigerians in an interview with GoldMyneTV to respect the naira and abide by the law.
“Don’t spray money, unless you want to become a landlord in Kirikiri,” advised him. “It’s not just about serious crimes; even a minor offense like this can land you in prison.”
Bobrisky encouraged Nigerians to follow the law and thanked his friends for their support during his imprisonment.
