Bayern Munich have reportedly opened talks with RB Leipzig concerning their manager Julian Nagelsmann, as the club search for a replacement for Germany national team-bound Hansi Flick.
Nagelsmann guided Leipzig to the Champions League semi-final during his first season in charge at the Red Bull Arena and his side currently sit second in the Bundesliga, seven points behind Bayern.
The 33-year-old seems to be a manager in demand as Tottenham Hotspur are also reportedly interested in bringing him to North London as a replacement for Jose Mourinho.

According to talkSPORT, Bayern have initiated talks with Leipzig in a bid to bring Nagelsmann to the Allianz Arena, despite the report suggesting that the German has distanced himself from the links.
Nagelsmann would seemingly be a positive fit for Bayern due to his experience of the Bundesliga, having been a first-team manager in the top league in Germany since 2013.
Flick has not been at the helm at Bayern for too long, as he only joined the club in 2019, but the German giants will be facing more change concerning the manager’s position this summer.
