Asante Kotoko SC, following a disappointing season in the Ghana Premier League, is now shifting its focus to the 2024-25 campaign with a significant overhaul of their squad.
Their sixth-place finish in the domestic league served as a wake-up call for the team, prompting the release of 11 players and the introduction of new faces.

Notable departures include team captain Danlad Ibrahim and Georges Mfegue, whose contracts have expired. Even Uganda international striker Steven Desse Mukwala did not secure a contract renewal.
