Arsenal are reportedly yet to give up hope of signing Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odegaard this summer.
The Norway international spent the second half of last season on loan at the Gunners, making a total of 14 starts and six substitute appearances in all competitions.
With his parent club operating with a restricted transfer budget, it is expected that the 22-year-old will spend the next campaign at the Bernabeu.

However, football.london claims that Arsenal are still monitoring Odegaard’s situation as they look to sign another playmaker.
While Leicester City’s James Maddison is also on their shortlist, the Englishman’s £60m asking price will likely act as a stumbling block.
Odegaard has two years remaining on his Los Blancos contract.
