The nationwide recruitment exercise for Ghana’s internal security agencies is officially underway, as the Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP) opens today, Monday, November 17, 2025, at exactly 12 noon.
The portal launch marks the beginning of the 2025/2026 intake process for four major agencies under the Ministry of the Interior—Ghana Police Service, Ghana Immigration Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Prisons Service.
According to a public notice shared by the Minister for the Interior, Muntaka Mubarak, the application window will remain open for one full month, closing on Friday, December 19, 2025.
How to Apply
Prospective applicants must first purchase a recruitment voucher through one of two approved channels:
- USSD code: 71303# (available on all mobile networks)
- GCB Bank branches nationwide
The notice stressed that applicants must clearly indicate the agency they are applying to when purchasing the voucher to avoid misdirected applications.

A Streamlined, Transparent Process
The Ministry described the C-SERP platform as a centralised recruitment system designed to make the process more transparent, efficient, and less vulnerable to manipulation.
In his announcement, the Interior Minister reiterated government’s commitment to fairness and warned Ghanaians to be vigilant:
“The government of John Dramani Mahama… has released the core requirements and documents for the 2025/26 centralised e-recruitment process. Applicants are advised to read carefully and comply accordingly. Please note: The portal opens at 12 noon today.”
Public Caution
Authorities have also cautioned the public against scammers promising protocol recruitment slots, emphasising that only the official portal should be used for applications.
Qualified and interested Ghanaians are encouraged to begin their applications immediately as the window has officially opened.
