Ja Rule is not the first person in Ghana to construct a school, though.
In January 2023, comedian Michael Blackson opened his highly anticipated academy in Agona Nsaba, located in Ghana’s Central Region.
The public can access the fully furnished, free, three-story “Michael Blackson Academy” complex.
Furthermore, according to a story published by the US-based Magazine Complex, Lil Jon collaborated with Pencils for Promise, an organization that constructs schools in underdeveloped nations including Ghana, Guatemala, Laos, and Nicaragua, back in 2018.
