The invitation from Ola Michael, a Ghanaian radio presenter on Peace FM, inspired Merqury Quaye to participate in the historic singathon, and Merqury voluntarily pledged his support for the cause.

The significance of Merqury Quaye to the Ghanaian music scene cannot be emphasized. As the creator of the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, Africa’s Biggest DJ Event, he has dedicated himself to identifying, enlightening, empowering, and compensating DJs both within and outside of the nation.
