The Human Rights Court 1 Division of the High Court has continued the case of Oheneba Nkrabea, a Rastafarian boy who was refused entry to Achimota School due to his dreadlocks, until April 30.
At a hearing on Thursday, April 22, 2021, it was revealed that after being ordered by the court to do so, Achimota School had yet to file a response to the complaint.
The Attorney General has, however, filed its response and another one on behalf of the Ghana Education Service (GES).
The Attorney General, on the other hand, contended that Achimota School and the Ministry of Education had been prosecuted in error.
