After entering a guilty plea to conspiracy to receive stolen money, the Ghanaian socialite was given a 12-month prison sentence at the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia.

Her legal team, Fast Law, submitted the request on November 1, 2024, stating that the document was necessary to initiate the process of self-deportation.
According to court documents, prosecutors did not raise any objections to the application.
Finally, US District Judge J. Paul Oetken granted the request and directed that her lawyers receive the passport.
As soon as Hajia4Reall has served her time, she will go back to Ghana.
