Big Joe Frazier has hailed Mark Okraku-Mantey, his former manager as one of the best managers who can turn raw talent into a very successful one.
He is the founder and chief executive officer of Slip Mark Entertainment. Mark Okraku-Mantey has worked with several Ghanaian musicians including Lord Kenya, Kumi Guitar, Oheneba Kissi, Daasebre Gyamenah, Akyeame, and Adane Best.
Speaking on Joy FM’s Showbiz A-Z he remarked that there was something exceptional about Slip Music and Mr. Okraku-Mantey and that always put him on his toes to work harder, since excellence was their hallmark.

According to Big Joe Frazier, he described Mr Okraku-Mantey as one in a million and a man whose ears can decipher every aspect of a song.
“You can imagine working with Okraku-Mantey. You’ll definitely do well. He is about 50 people listening to your music. Before Okraku would agree to work with you, it means he has seen something extraordinary in you” he mentioned.
Mr. Mark Okraku-Mantey is the Deputy Minister for Tourism Arts and Culture, (MOTAC).
The “Sheeshee” hit maker also mentioned that Okraku-Mantey was exceptional at his duties to the extent that he had a lot of the top musicians during a period who was working under his record label, Slip Music.
When I worked with his Slip Music, he had about 40 musicians: Daasebre Gyamena, Nana Kwame, Lord Kenya, Akyeame, Felix Bell, Adane Best, and a whole lot of musicians. So you can imagine someone like that no one knew at the time joining all these great musicians. It wasn’t easy but I felt proud working with them”, he added.
He has currently released a new single, “After Church” which features the newest sensation in the music industry, King Paluta.
