Nigerian singer-songwriter Simi shared her emotional connection to her most recent musical endeavor, Lost and Found, referring to it as a “labor of love.”
Simi said, “I wanted people to listen to this album and remember why they fell in love with me in the first place.”
Simi has recently been outspoken on a number of areas of her personal and professional life, including the fact that fulfilling partnerships necessitate compromise from both parties.

“Most of my songs are for the audience. I’m an artist and I tell stories. I love telling stories and painting pictures because I feel like people can see themselves in them. It just feels real and I use lots of pidgin in my songs.”Simi said, going into further detail about her creative process.
Among the songs on the album are “Lost and Found,” “Miracle Worker,” “You Know It,” and “Borrow Me Your Baby.”
