The Chief Justice, Gertrude Araba Esaaba Torkornoo, is set to nominate a new judge to replace the judge currently hearing the case between the Special Prosecutor’s Office and former Sanitation Minister, Cecilia Dapaah.

When the case was called on today, November 8, 2023, the sitting judge summoned the parties to his chambers for a brief conference before adjourning the hearing until November 29.
