A four-year-old boy was allegedly murdered and dumped into a river in the Central Region’s Gomoa Nyanyano.
According to eyewitnesses, Kweku Adom’s body was discovered with some of his body parts missing.
As a result, his family believes the four-year-old was killed for ritual purposes.
Before his alleged murder, young Kweku Adom lived at Kasoa CP but traveled to Gomoa Nyanyano during school breaks.
Bernard Kweku Nyarko, the deceased’s father, told Adom News’ Kofi Adjei that his son went missing over the weekend and that all efforts to find him were futile.

He revealed that the child’s body was discovered in the early hours of Wednesday, with his tongue, hair, and other body parts missing.
“My son went through pains. He really suffered before dying and this must not go unpunished,” he said.
He stated that he had filed a complaint with the Gomoa Nyanyano Police Station.
The bereaved father has requested that the perpetrators of the heinous act be brought to justice.
