The warden of Oguaa Hall in the University of Cape Coast, Madam Millan Ahemaa Tawiah says for a successful commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the Hall, all past and present affiliates of the hall must come together to tell its success stories.
At a ceremony to officially launch the 60th-anniversary celebration which is themed: projecting our premiership position, she said the hall has contributed immensely to their lives in diverse ways thus, it is imperative that they contribute their quota to the development of the hall.
Miss Millan remarked that the hall has come a long way and that the hall is looking to implement some projects, as a result, all alumni must work together to support the various projects so that they can all be realized.
“We want to have a conference room set up and have many projects undertaken in the Hall and in doing these we will need the support of both past and present to make these projects a realization,” she said.
She also indicated that the 5-month long anniversary celebration will end in July and for each month there are different activities and programs to be organized.
She, therefore, urged all and sundry to partake in the activities that will be to the benefit of all.
