On Tuesday, the Defense Counsel for Samuel Adu Frimpong, also known as ‘Medikal,’ sought in an Accra Circuit Court to have the musician’s Ruger 9mm pistol returned to him after it was allegedly posted on social media.
When the accused person stood before the Court for showing the pistol on social media, Madam Alice Nimako Debrah-Ablormeti, who was representing Paul Abaligah, said the prayer.
The attorney was instructed to make the application formal by the Court, which was presided over by Mr Emmanuel Essandoh.
Madam Debrah-Ablormeti further informed the Court that the prosecution had failed to serve the requisite processes on the client.
