The Member of Parliament for the Cape Coast North constituency, Dr. Kwamena Minta Nyarku has urged colleague members of parliament to make conscious efforts to complete existing projects embarked on by their predecessors.
According to him, the norm of MP’s not completing the projects of previous MPs over the years has hindered development in the country since several projects remain uncompleted.
Speaking on the ATLANTIC WAVE on Friday, Dr. Minta Nyarku indicated that such practices much be changed to foster development.
To him the governance system should change adding that “if there is money to be able to complete those projects, why do we have to let those projects lie idle; it does not make any economic sense.”
