The National Democratic Congress is today holding its 10th Youth and Women Conference 2022 with the focus “Rallying victory 2024; Ghana’s hope.”
The conference which is taking place at the New Examination Centre at the University of Cape Coast is expected to be attended by 1700 delegates who will be electing youth organizers and women’s organizers for the party.
Speaking to ATL FM NEWS, Miss Gabriella Tetteh who is a member of the Communications Team of the NDC indicated that she is optimistic that NDC will likely come into power at the end of the 2024 elections.
Meanwhile, she said to ensure their win, it will require of the party to be observant during the 2024 polls.
“We are likely to take over the presidency in 2024 but it will require of us to ensure that we are observant in the polls. That we protect our ballot. We ensure that our followers all come out to vote,” she said.
